Water = Best Friend

One thing I've learned during this transformation... Water is definitely your best friend!!! I wasn't drinking NEARLY enough water when I started back in January.. How much water are you drinking?? I challenge you to take a "water diary" and see... are you REALLY drinking as much as you think?

The more you drink water (up to your recommended daily intake), the less food cravings you'll have, and you'll help with weight loss!

Don't forget - the more you work out too, the more you'll need to rehydrate!

Travel = Creativity!

Heading out of town this week - and it's going to interupt my usual workout schedule...

That's okay though!!! I've found out that the hotel I'm staying at will have a gym, so I can still do some cardio while I'm there!

I've learned - don't let travel stop your physical activity!! There's always a way to get your workout in!!

AAH! MY BACK!!

Had a rough week this week - somehow put my back out?!? Ever just wake up, and pop! Can't move?!? - That was me on Wednesday.

Went to the chiropractor, got straightened out - but still was able to workout lightly! Still stuck to the treadmill on a low incline to keep some physical activity going - so I'm not a dud rock!!

Gonna take more than a hurt back to stop this guy!!

Work overnights or shift work?? - You can actually go in whenever you want - 365 days a year - and get 'er done!

Week 12! New Challenge!

Week 11 was really tough on me schedule wise... Life really caught up with me, and I ended up having to do a lot of workouts on my own. With the Z99 Radiothon going straight for 36 hours, I was pretty busy working non stop for 2 days helping out CC Lorie & Buzz, which meant a real struggle to fit in working out at Anytime Fitness...
