One thing I've learned during this transformation... Water is definitely your best friend!!! I wasn't drinking NEARLY enough water when I started back in January.. How much water are you drinking?? I challenge you to take a "water diary" and see... are you REALLY drinking as much as you think?
The more you drink water (up to your recommended daily intake), the less food cravings you'll have, and you'll help with weight loss!
Don't forget - the more you work out too, the more you'll need to rehydrate!
