2 Part Cherry

Have you had your fix of Mr. Don Cherry yet? Apparently some want to see a bit more...and behind the scens too!

Cherry’s son Tim actually wrote a made for tv movie about his father. It may or may not be up your alley as it’s really going to focus on his family life, plus his early years in hockey’s minor leagues. The two-part movie only goes up to the point where he met Ron MacLean 24 years ago, not sure why but that’s all his son wrote. I’m thinking it’s a ton of legal mumbo jumbo involving Ron MacLean.

If the CBC gives the green light on the script we could see them shooting this as early as this summer with hopes of running it next spring during the Stanley Cup playoffs. Would you be setting your PVR to record this one?
