Sorry Ladies, Hollywood is Guy Town!

When looking at Hollywood... Its incredible to see what the bigtime actors/actresses receive for major blockbuster roles....but who makes more; Men or Women?

The more we progress through time, society continues to move towards equality in the workforce, but with Hollywood, its still a mans game!

FORBES Magazine just released a list of the top Actors, and what they made between 01 June 2007, and 01 June 2008. The Top 10 Men cumulatively made $487 Million Dollars, where the women made $244.5 Million Dollars, almost half.....

#5 - Leonardo Dicaprio! - This one shocked me a little, but when looking at his past work, 3 of the past 5 flicks he's done were nominated for Oscar's Best Picture.... So he's one of the few that can make 20 Million/movie when they are R Rated Dramas..... This year he made $45 Million Dollars!

#4 - Mike Meyers! - The STONER Wayne Campbell..... The International Man of Mystery Austin Powers, Mr Shrek Himself, (which by the way, added to his bank account quite nicely) Shrek 3 earned him nearly $50 Million Alone!!! And now, of course the Love Guru, Mike made $55 Million last year!

#3 - EDDIE MURPHY!!! - This one blew me away..... REALLY?!?!? EDDIE MURPHY?!?!?! He's moved more to family comedies, but it seems to be doing him well! Even though his latest NORBIT had absolutely HORRIBLE reviews, it still made $160 Million, and last year he pocketed $56 Million Dollars....

#2 - Johnny Depp! - The incredibly popular Captain Jack Sparrow, (talk about a drunken goldmine)..... yes, the 3 Pirates movies did him very well, and his latest performance, which I must personally say was IMPECABLE, as Mr Sweeny Todd, the little barber shop of horrors..... what a great movie!!!! (he is definitely one of my favs) and he made $72 Million Last Year!!!!

AND THE HIGHEST PAID ACTOR IN HOLLYWOOD THIS LAST YEAR WAS........

#1 - WILL SMITH!!!! - From his early days acting and rapping about movin in with his aunt and uncle in bel air.... something about dice in the mirror..... to hunting down massive bugs from outer space..... and now, holding super powers as a normal dude..... Will Smith is an actor that can pull off a Blockbuster Roll.... and ROLL IN THE DOUGH!!!! Last year this dude made an astonishing $80 MILLION DOLLARS!!!!! MY GOD!!!! could you imagine!!!!

If only radio dudes made that much...... hey boss...... BOSS....... BOSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!......... lol
