After my experiences on Thursday afternoon....... I have decided to send out a tip to all, just to make sure this doesn't happen to you......

Now, it may seem like common sense, and I may end up looking ridiculous, but whatever...... as long as SOMEONE is helped, all that matters....... laugh at me all ya want......

So I'm sittin at work thursday just after noon.... thinkin about some lunch, so i grab a can of tuna I brought in.... took it to our kitchen at work, and mixed in some lovely mayo I found in our staff fridge. Now the bottle looked very new, so i had no worries..... or so i thought.....

Roughly 4 hours later, I started feeling VERY sick, knots in my stomach, and I just really felt ill.... I thought, hmmm, was it something I ate?

Well, no matter how NEW a jar of mayo looks...... LOOK AT THE EXPIRATION DATE!!!! make that any food.... because that "NEW" looking mayo I ate...... well...... expired on 08 DEC 2006.

End result?...... Praying to the porcelain goddess...... I'll never eat mayo again..... (is this like the famous comment, I'll never drink again?"

Yes, another blog about hockey...... but really, playoffs are on, Flames are in Game 7 tonight, and YES, I'm wearing the Flaming C on my chest!!!! GO FLAMES GO!!!!

Last night the Canadians defeated the Bruins in game 7, and not by a little either, throwing themselves into round 2 of the playoffs......

Now look at what happened when the HABS fans took to the streets of montreal.......

This is absolutely ridiculous....... Is there really a need to burn 5 cop cars? NO. NONE AT ALL. Look at the RED Mile in Calgary..... Flames win, the fans take to the street on 17th Ave, hit the pubs, cheer and sing in the street, and at most, there may be some vehicle pushing, and public flashing.....

Just another reason to cheer on the C of RED tonight!!!! GO FLAMES GO!!!!!

Oh man......... since I moved to Regina in January, I have had CONSTANT abuse from friends back on Vancouver Island regarding the weather..... I'd call them up, saying oh, its cold, -45, snowing....... They'd simply laugh and say, wow! Its sunny and 15!........

I just couldnt help but throw this up today....... Got a picture text message sent to me, and well...... it would appear the roles have reversed!!!! Funny how we were expecting a huge dump of show this weekend, and now it seems to be passing us....... AND HITTING VANCOUVER ISLAND!!!!! LOL

This is what one friend of mine woke up to in Nanaimo, BC..........

Now keep in mind....... Vancouver Island doesn't get much snow at all throughout the year, ESPECIALLY in April, so this is one FREAK storm..... They are lucky if they see snow for 2 weeks throughout the entire winter season........

Too all of you back there that have ridiculed me for moving to Saskatchewan, and the weather, I have one thing to say........

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA KARMA SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! Plus, even if this storm does hit us, I've become "Saskatchewanian"........ I can handle it...... We're Tough out here...... ;)

Oh, and in Case you were wondering....... this is all the "SNOW" we have in this so called "Winter Wonderland"..........

Is this mean?!?! BAH! I think not...... its my one time for revenge.... lol

Really, I did.... I was in Calgary on Vacation this past week, and for Game 4 of the Flames series, I was invited to a friend of a friend's place to watch the game..... Well, what my friend forgot to tell me, is that this friend of hers is Dean McCord.... the guy who has a basement known as "Flames Central"....... He participated in the "Bring Home The Cup" contest with Mark Messier, and got 2nd place last year, and is looking to win it this year...... look at this.... my jaw dropped.......

And I've saved the best for last....... This is Dean's Video he sent to CBC for "Bring Home The Cup" and it shows exactly what happens when the Flames Score..... simply insanity.......

Dean buddy..... I only have one question for ya..... do you have a Will? And um.... Can I be in it? LOL

GO FLAMES GO!!!!!!!

Oh, and I suppose this is a good time to take another oath..... this time regarding the Mohawk.

I've taken some consideration on the series, and my dedication to the Flames, and have decided that IF the Calgary Flames can burn the Sharks to death, and move to round 2...... I will Shave my head into a mohawk, and dye it red...... C of RED!!! GO FLAMES GO!!!!! ;)

Tonight is the big night!!!! NHL playoffs get under way, and really, only one thing to say.....

If you remember a few years ago, when the Flames made the big stretch to the Cup Finals..... Those green hard hats came out.......

Well this year........ the Flames are sporting a different sort of Headwear....... in the form of a MOHAWK!!!!

Most of the players jumped on board with this one, and I LOVE IT! Being a huge Flames fan.... and I mean HUGE..... I'm considering shaving a mohawk to follow along with the team!

I need your opinions.......... should I do it?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

GO FLAMES GO!!!! (I'm calling the flames to win the series against the sharks in 6......)

GOD! I hate that word...... SNACK!!!! Sorry...... but some discussion in the office today, and some friendly "pranking" lead me to my blog today......

Call me weird...... call me crazy...... but I hate the word..... just sounds so...... slimey? Oh don't criticize me.... I know im not the only one out there that just HATES certain words of the english language.....

Help me out on this one.... are their any words in the english language you just can't stand? And for just no apparant reason?!?!?!

Keep it reasonable..... no swearing...... clearly people are going to jump on those "type" of words, but I'm looking for normal words that just DRIVE YOU NUTS!!!! (hey.... is that one? Nuts?!?!) haha, complain away!!!!

Yeah.... got a little crazy yesterday...... decided to go with a new piercing! This time its the left eyebrow sportin the new ring......

Tattooing and piercing is such a normal part of everyday life, so I have to ask? Do you have anything pierced or do you have any really cool tattoos?!?!

So, you know how I have been telling you John Mayer has had a desire to be a comedian? Well he certainly put his act to the test the other day while on a cruise ship.......

After having his "rubber arm twisted".... and believe me........ no pun intended....... people on the ship convinced him to go get changed, and sport the oh so famous Borat Swim Suit.......

Basically take a Speedo, and stretch the sides over your shoulders....... wait....... here, I have a PIC!!!!

The REAL question is....... ladies....... who wore it best?!?!?! HAHAHAHA

GOD, ok.... I apologize........ you'll be having neon green nightmares for MONTHS!!!

*WARNING* you pretty much have to be a hockey fan to understand this one....... lol

For all you hockey fans, I think I have discovered a conspiracy within the NHL that PROVES that they don't want a Canadian Team to win the Stanley Cup........

Those rumours have been passed around hockey fans for years now, and usually the blame is placed on the referees...... but this........ this is the league itself......

I've always been against the Standings format within the NHL..... win your division, and place in the top 3 in your confrence...... why?

Look at where the Canadian Teams are placed...... In the Western Confrence, all 3 Canadian Teams are in the Northwest Division...... and in the East...... all 3 Canadian Teams are in the Northeast Division...... Lets look at the West.......

If Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver were to get the most points in the Western Conference, ...... the BEST they could place going into the playoffs are 1st, 4th and 5th..... (2nd and 3rd will be given to american teams with less points in other divisions)

As the playoff schedule goes, 4th always plays 5th in the first round.... immediately knocking out a Canadian Team.

Statistically, if 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th win in the first round, 1st will play 4th in the second round. AGAIN, a canadian team facing off against another.... therefore leaving one team left going into round 3.......

Do you find this convienient? I sure do...... There is NO POSSIBLE WAY to have 3 Canadian teams finish 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the Western or Eastern Confrence.......

I say ditch the "win your confrence, place in the top 3" rule, and leave it to points..... Why should a team with 86 points place ahead of a team with 92 points?!?!?!

Hockey fans...... please state your points....... GO FLAMES GO!!!! ;)
