The proceeds from Z99 Radiothon will purchase many essential items for the Special Care Nursery, including an ultrasound machine and overbed warmers. The Special Care Nursery is a 5-bed step down unit located in the Rawlco Centre for Mother Baby Care,
for babies who can move out of the NICU, but are still too sick to go home.

Everyone who joins the Zed Baby Club (monthly donation of $9.99 for 12 months) before 5 pm March 19th, will be entered for a chance to win a trip for 2 to see the Black Eyed Peas live in Vancouver on Sunday, April 11th including airfare and one night's accommodations!

Applebee's Neighbourhood Grill & Bar "Burgers for Babies"
Applebee's Neighbourhood Grill & Bar will be raising money for the Z99 Radiothon with a "Burgers for Babies" fundraiser!
Join us Tuesday, March 16th 11am-10pm at both Regina locations (2619 Quance St. & 2665 Gordon Rd.) and ask for the "Burgers for Babies" combo! Each is only $15 - includes an Applebee's RealBurger, your choice of side and a beverage (pint of domestic draft beer, or a coffee, tea or pop)!
$5 from each combo will be donated to the Z99 Radiothon!
Beer Brothers & The Willows on Wascana "Soup Duel" Fundraiser
Head down to Scarth Street Mall just outside of Beer Brothers on March 11th 11:30am-1:00pm, as Chef Tim Davies from The Willows on Wascana battles it out with Chef Malcolm from Beer Brothers in a "Soup Duel" to raise money for the Z99 Radiothon. Chef Malcolm will be serving up a delicious Tanhouse Ale and Smoke Cheddar Soup while Chef Tim Davies prepares a wonderful Land Chowder. Soups can be purchased for $5 a bowl will all proceeds donated to Z99 Radiothon. The Chef with the most soup sold wins the duel!
Delta Regina Fundraiser
On March 19th at 11am in the Delta's main lobby, staff members Sandra Hallorsen-Pulles & Joel Douglas will have their heads shaved if they reach their fundraising goal of $5000! From now until March 18th, Kids Trading Company will donate $2 from the sale of each Moment in Life Kit to Z99 Radiothon and will be accepting donations of Come-Back-Bucks plus cash donations. Anyone making a cash donation will receive a discount on their purchase equivalent to their donation up to 50%!

Haztech Fire & Safety will be donating $10 from each student that completes any of the First Aid and Safety Training Programs Haztech offers to the Z99 Radiothon!

Home Hardware (5660 Rochdale Blvd.) will be holding a "Ladies Fundraising Gala Nite" in support of Z99 Radiothon!
The Gala is a come & go event Tuesday, March 16th 6-10pm featuring a wonderful spring selection of handbags, purses, bracelets, watches, necklaces and rings, along with a demo on Wall Art (find out how to put all your favorite sayings on your wall with no hassle and no mess)!
More Fundraising Ideas:
1.Casual dress day – Hold a casual dress day (or week) and charge all participants
2. Bake sale – Bring in some baked goodies for a bake sale
3. Car wash – Hold a car wash in the parking lot of your business
4. Craft sale – Have some of the crafty employees contribute
5. Auction for prizes – Some ideas for “FREE“ prizes are an afternoon or day off work or the prime parking spot in the parking lot.
6. Wheel of prizes – Create a wheel, mark each section with a prize, and charge per spin
7. Pancake breakfast – organize a pancake breakfast and ask for a donation for entry
8. Old Christmas tree pick up (idea for next year) – get a truck and request a donation per pick up
9. Sing-o-grams – Send a song to someone for a donation
10. Parking Lot Sale – have employees contribute to an office yard sale
11. Talent show – Hold a talent show and charge an “entry fee”
12. Bachelor/Bachelorette auction – Auction of you offices “singles” or auction off a “hired hand for a day”
13. Penny Drive – Have employees bring in their loose change
14. Sports tournament – organize a tournament or competition – Charge spectators to come watch
15. Bottle Drive – Collect bottles to take in
16. Kiss a pig or Pie in the Face – Employees names are taped to jars, at the end of the fundraiser the jar with the most money has to kiss the pig /get the pie. (Call and arrange ahead of time with a farmer)
